Here we are: Ugly Dolls, which are in fact, not ugly at all but very cute! The best part was that some of my students had never heard of them before and really enjoyed creating them.
One of my fellow bloggers gave me the idea when she raved about Ugly dolls and the process of making them with her middle school children. Not only did she have her students make them, but then they photographed them as well.
